easy access ideal location lovely breakfast unsuitable staff incorrect charge
the location was ideal! it had easy access to transport, i really enjoyed that. the breakfast was lovely! the room was super clean too, yay, i found it perfect. there was a carpark on site with an ev charger, apply:
i found that some staff aren't in the right positions, apply, twice. i discovered that the quoted price wasn't charged and they weren't interested in sorting it out. they took four payments off!

an okay experience
spacious room great location public transport bad soundproofing street noise stale eggs
the room was a superior twin room. it had enough space and felt fresh. the location was great because it was near public transport.
the soundproofing was bad. i could hear a lot of street noise at night. the breakfast quality wasn't very good. the scrambled eggs did not taste fresh to me.

mixed feelings about the stay.
weak ac high price
the receptionist alexandra were pretty good too assist me .
The room was warm, even with the ac struggling to cool it. For nearly $300 a night, i did expect more. upon checkout, i discovered breakfast wasn't included, despite the check-in making it seem otherwise. i ended up paying €30 per person for a pretty standard meal of bread, eggs, and coffee. It felt a bit like a scam. the hotel feels old and tired.

easy transportation good location poor ventilation rude staff
The location made it easy to move around the city.
My room's ventilation did not work in both the toilet and the room itself. Staff at breakfast communicated rudely about the breakfast ending time.

The hotel's location was superb, providing easy access to key areas. The staff were friendly and helpful, ALWAYS ready to assist with any inquiries. I appreciated the spacious, clean room I had. The tv allowed streaming with amazon prime.
